Pricing & Cost Comparison
One payment of ¥2980, yours forever
TaiShuai ERP is licensed as a buyout: pay once, use forever, unlimited users, installed on your own computer. Below we lay out the price structure, the honest boundaries of what is and is not included, and how much a buyout saves versus a subscription over five years — including where we are not the stronger side.
The Standard edition includes 15+ functional modules and 60+ permission points, all open, nothing sold separately. Create accounts freely — per-seat pricing does not exist here. The database is built in: no extra server, install and go. Your data stays on your machine and never passes through any cloud.
What is included
- All modules: leads, inquiry & quoting, sales, purchasing, inventory, finance, business analytics
- Unlimited users — add accounts freely as your team grows
- On-premise license; data lands on your own computer
- Built-in database — no DB installation, no server setup
- Free upgrades within the version
- Remote technical support and demo training
What is not included (honest boundaries)
- No server — your office PC is the server; you need one machine that stays on
- No native mobile app; it is a Windows desktop program
- No on-site implementation; service is primarily remote
- No custom development; you get the standard product
- No big-brand endorsement; we are a small team focused on electronic components
- Backups are yours to arrange (one file — see FAQ below)
Over five years, how much does buyout save vs subscription
Enter your current (or candidate) annual fee and run the five-year total. Numbers do not lie — judge for yourself.
Method note: SaaS annual fees estimated from public ranges; vendor list prices are authoritative; per-seat add-ons are not counted here — if your plan charges per head, the real gap is larger. TaiShuai ERP is a one-time ¥2980, unlimited accounts, no further license fees for five years.
Buyout vs subscription, item by item
| Dimension | TaiShuai ERP (buyout · on-premise) | Typical SaaS cloud ERP |
|---|---|---|
| 5-year total cost | ¥2980 one-time | From ~¥18,000 (estimated from public annual-fee ranges) |
| Future price hikes | None | Vendor adjusts yearly; you accept |
| Shutdown risk | The software is on your PC; it always opens | Vendor shuts service down, business stops |
| Data ownership | Your disk, your file | Vendor servers |
| Offline use | Yes — quote and check stock without internet | No |
| Updates | Manual (free within version) | Automatic |
| Multi-device / mobile | LAN collaboration (one machine as server, others as clients); no native mobile app | Native support |
| Brand endorsement | New brand in a vertical | Big vendor |
| Best fit | 10–50 person traders who prioritize data sovereignty and offline use | Fast-changing needs, annual fees acceptable, mobile work required |
This is not a “who is better” question — it is “who owns your data and how your money is spent”. The right column has real advantages; we list them because they exist.
Why we can sell at ¥2980
The low price is not corner-cutting — it comes from removing four cost buckets you never wanted to pay for:
- Zero server cost.No server purchase, no ops staff; your office PC is the server and the database is built in.
- Zero field-sales cost.No nationwide offline sales force and no army of on-site consultants; acquisition and service happen mostly online.
- Zero renewal pressure. No yearly revenue target to hit, so no lock-in mechanisms designed around “renewal rates”.
- One vertical product.Electronic components trading only — no generic architecture covering manufacturing, retail or services; the feature set is narrow and deep.
The trade-offs, stated plainly: a small team, no big-brand endorsement, remote-first service, and the limits of a single-machine edition. All of it is in the “what is not included” list above.
FAQ
- What is TaiShuai ERP?
- TaiShuai ERP is a vertical ERP for the electronic components (IC) trading industry, sold as buyout on-premise software: one-time ¥2980, permanent use, unlimited users, installed on your own computer, data staying on your local disk and never passing through any cloud. It covers the full flow from leads, inquiry & quoting, sales and purchasing to inventory, finance and business analytics, with a built-in database — no extra server needed. In short, it is the IC trader’s own ledger and business hub, not an annually billed cloud SaaS.
- What is the price after the first 50 buyers?
- The promo price is for the first 50 customers; after the quota is used it returns to the list price ¥5960. We do not invent deadlines — remaining quota is confirmed when you book.
- Will it get more expensive later, or charge annual fees?
- A buyout license has no annual fee, and the version you bought stays usable forever. If a future major version ever needs a separate license, we will state it clearly — it will not affect the version you already own.
- What if I change computers or reinstall the OS?
- The database is a single file: copy it over when you move machines and you are back up — no re-implementation needed. Details in backup solutions for on-premise ERP.
- How do I back up data? Is it safe?
- Data never passes through any cloud server. Backing up is copying the database file to a second medium (another PC, an external drive, or cloud storage). Keep a fixed cadence and periodically verify a restore actually works.
- Do you issue invoices and sign a contract?
- Yes. During the demo or a call we settle invoicing, the contract and after-sales terms in one pass — no vague items left.

Price is only one factor. Bring your current annual-fee bill and a real scenario, and we will walk your own process — if the math still favors a subscription, keep this comparison table; if a buyout wins, we will talk quota.
